Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior / Laboratory Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests, quality inspections, and ensuring adherence to standard operating and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform raw material, in-process, and finished product quality control analysis
• Conduct manual wet chemistry or manual lab testing
• Perform advanced maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment
• Maintain inventory of chemicals and consumables, prepare and standardize chemical reagents, and manage waste
• Keep accurate quality records and assist in developing quality procedures
• Calibrate laboratory instruments according to schedule
• Participate in risk assessments, QA procedures, and decision-making related to quality and maintenance
• Handle procurement of lab materials and support budget controls
• Support and implement QA & safety activities
• Carry out other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Candidates with 1-2 years or more than 5 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment and quality control procedures
• Ability to work overtime on weekdays, weekends, public holidays, and occasionally midnight shifts
• Strong attention to detail, with good analytical and organizational skills
