Job Scope:

• Provide accurate and timely processing of bills and charges, deposit, as well as financial counseling to all patients.
• Handle registration for patients 
• Scheduling of appointments
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirement:

• N/O Levels / Diploma in any discipline
• Prior work experience in customer service will be an advantage
• Have to be comfortable working with invoices and numbers
