We are seeking Patient Service Associate to be outsourced to various healthcare organizations across Singapore!

Job description:

• Managed front desk operations including patient registration, appointment scheduling, referral processing, and cashier duties when required.
• Handled walk-in and phone enquiries with professionalism, ensuring clear and courteous communication.
• Supported patient care by chaperoning and providing clear explanations of medical procedures.
• Offered translation and interpretation services to assist doctors in communicating with patients.
• Maintained accurate and up-to-date patient records while overseeing efficient drug inventory management.
• Ensured a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment to enhance the patient experience.
• Adhered to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and performed regular checks and audits for quality assurance.
• Coordinated daily clinic operations, including tracking and compiling patient management data.
• Provided operational support at other clinic branches as needed to ensure seamless service delivery.

Job Requirements:

• Min. O-Levels/N levels/A-Levels/Diploma
• Preference will be given to candidates with relevant clinic experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
