Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated NGS Laboratory Technician to join our dynamic team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have experience in genetic sequencing, with a preference for those with hands-on experience in Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) techniques. This role involves conducting DNA/RNA (short and long read) sequencing for customer projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform NGS and other genetic sequencing experiments with precision and accuracy.
• Prepare samples, reagents, and equipment for sequencing procedures.
• Maintain detailed and accurate laboratory records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing research projects.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in genetic sequencing; NGS experience is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
