Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage advanced genomic services, ensuring effective clinical and developmental operations.
• Interpret and report complex genomic analyses (e.g., DNA sequencing and chromosome variants).
• Optimize laboratory processes and troubleshoot assays.
• Work with geneticists and counselors to support clinical decisions.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and relevant genetic test results.
• Oversee quality control programs to meet regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with clinicians, lab scientists, and administrators to enhance service delivery.
• Manage lab operations, including staff development and strategic planning.
• Handle other duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• Ph.D. in genetics, genomics, or related biological sciences.
• Certified postdoctoral training in ABMGG or equivalent.
• 4+ years in clinical variant interpretation (ACMG guidelines).
• 3+ years in leadership or supervisory roles.
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized under tight deadlines.
