Job Scope

• Create individualized care plan to maintain health and reduce/address crisis while supporting families and caregivers
• Assist in activities of daily living
• Nasogastic tube insertion
• Catheter management
• Wound care

Requirement

• Min Dip/Deg in Nursing
• Valid SNB + BCLS
• Min 3 years of related exp would be preferred
• Able to work independently as well as in a mulitdisciplinary team
• Advanced Diploma in Palliative nursing/Gerontology would be an advantage!
