Job Duties:

• Assess and evaluate patient's / family's psycho-social and financial statues 
• Identify cases which require financial assistance
• Provide casework and counselling services to patients and their families
• Liaise with government departments and social service organisations

Requirements:

• Qualifications in Social Work
• 1-2 years of related experience will be advantageous 
• Possess good interpersonal & communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Registered with Singapore Association of Social Workers
