ASAP till 31 Mar 2025 (monthly contract renewal)

5.5 days work week, up to 44h/week according to clinic operation timing and this job requires staff to stand for long hours.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a front line support staff
• Handle patient registration, schedule appointments, and promote digital services
• Assist and guide patients on the use of self-service kiosk/digital services
• Provide frontline support for patients, including crowd control and responding to patient inquiries
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Min NITEC
• Hospitality or frontline customer service experience will be an advantage
• Tech savvy
• Prior experience is preferred
