• In charge of registration of patients
• Handle registration, admission and discharge of patients
• Arrangement of appointments (register & cancellation & reminder)
• Attentive to patients’ enquiries and needs
• Manage of phone calls
• Handle of payment
Clinic Call Centre Associate
• Receive and handle inbound customer orders, queries and complaints (via hotline). Document and record customer details, queries and complaints
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on issues/appointments/complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
• Resolve customer queries/complaints as per standard operating procedures and channel to respective operations team for immediate resolution
• Provide feedback to supervisor on improvement areas based on customer/client issues
Requirements:
• Min O Level & above
• Good communication skills and customer service oriented
• Prior relevant working experience is required
