We are hiring Temp Hospital Staff (TRAINING PROVIDED) to be outsourced to many reputable healthcare organisations!

Job Description:
- Providing assisted enrolment to patients
- Guiding patients to enrol through specific app
- Onboarding patients to a programme and booking appointments (doctor consultation and care coordinator appointments).
- Answering patients’ queries with regards to programmes
- Promoting app to patients
- Guiding patients to download the app
- Guide patients in navigating the function available on the app
- Any other matters assigned by the operations manager/operations executive at the clinic, or head office operations team.

Working Hours:
Working days: 5-day workweek
Monday to Thursday: 8.5hrs; Friday: 8hrs
Working hours: 8:30am-6pm (Monday to Thursday); 8:30am-5:30pm (Friday)

Requirement:
- N/O Levels and above
- Candidates with some customer service/healthcare experience will be preferred
