Responsibilities:

• Implement, execute, and refine experimental methods and techniques in alignment with company needs. Ensure that established methods meet scientific standards and act as the primary subject matter expert.
• Plan and coordinate activities for clearly defined programs, tracking progress against established timelines.
• Oversee daily work planning within the team and organize the practical aspects of additional measurements in studies. Serve as the main point of contact for study-related matters, coordinating and participating in study activities within the team, and assisting with resource monitoring and scheduling.
• Deliver high-quality results within set time frames, analyze study data and reports using scientific and technical principles, and draw sound conclusions. Review routine data, identify deviations, and escalate issues as needed. Lead investigations into the root causes of unusual findings and propose corrective and preventive actions.
• Support the in vivo department by performing clinical pathology analyses, including testing sample chemistry, hematology, and various other assays.
• Assist in planning, developing, and coordinating the qualification and validation of new assays and equipment. Capable of configuring complex systems, troubleshooting existing equipment, and ensuring proper maintenance.
• Handle general administrative tasks such as tracking daily consumable supplies, performing risk assessments for new chemicals, and maintaining and calibrating equipment. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers on procurement matters.
• Prepare straightforward technical reports and develop, maintain, and update standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Take on additional specialist tasks in other areas, including supporting the in vivo department.

requirements:

Min Diploma in science related fields

At least 2 years of experience with cell biology and molecular biology methods (flow cytometry, ELISA, PCR, and/or clinical chemistry and hematology analyses).
