Responsibilities 

• Record cases conducted through video consultations.
• Pack medications prescribed during online consultations.
• Coordinate the delivery of medications.
• Collaborate with the operations team and delivery partners to ensure timely and smooth medication delivery.
• Verify the accuracy of packed medications.
• Support the telemedicine lead in managing inventory.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

• Must commit rostered 3 shifts
