•    Certified Fire Safety Manager 
•    Mondays to Fridays, Office Hours
•    Walkable distance from One-north MRT (Relocation to Novena in 2025)
•    Salary: $3500-4500

Job Responsibilities: 
•    Oversee facilities in assigned clinics
•    Collaborate with contractors and vendors in compliance of rules and regulations
•    Ensure maintenance works are up to organisation’s standards
•    Conduct routine checks and contractor performance reviews
•    Provide assistance in new clinic developments
•    Consolidate user requirements for projects
•    Ensure facility management and security pass the ESS and OHSAS certifications
•    Respond to alarm or critical faults
•    Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
•    Minimum Degree in Estate Management/ Facility Management/ Building/ Engineering or equivalent
•    Preferrable to be a Certified Fire Safety Manager
•    Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience in healthcare facilities management
