Medicine / Healthcare- Drive sales by actively prospecting, securing, and nurturing new accounts, collaborating closely with customer to meet sales targets through training and support
- Identify brand opportunities in the market, strategize with the reporting manager on sales plans, and conduct events, training, and brand activations to boost sales
- Turn around underperforming accounts by providing dedicated support, analyzing data, and addressing root causes of challenges
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to clinics delivering brand-aligned storytelling to enhance customer knowledge and enthusiasm
- Collaborate on creating relevant sales kits, oversee all sales activities and projects, and consistently aim to meet or exceed Key Result Areas (KRAs)
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2–3 years in sales, preferably in the healthcare sector (e.g. selling to GPs and doctors
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and planning abilities
- Results-oriented with a proven sales track record and a passion for customer engagement
