Job description: 

  • Perform admission of patients, handles customer queries, perform Cashiering and perform Billing
  • Perform admission process, including explanation on bill estimation, usage of insurance, and deposit collection.
  • Handles customer queries pertaining to admission process.
  • Perform Cashiering.
  • Perform Billing.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned.
  • Timely escalation of cases to supervisor as necessary.

Job requirements: 

  • Minimally O/A levels certificate
  • At least 2 years of front-line/customer service experience
  • Computer literacy, good in mathematics, good communication skills, excellent service orientation
