• Coordinate with stakeholders to develop and implement workflows and processes, ensuring smooth and seamless delivery of services to our staff.
• Monitor performance and resource utilisation.
• Drive projects and initiatives to deliver continuous improvement in services and operational processes to bring value to our staff.
• Manage regular statistical analysis and operational updates for reporting 

Job Requirements:
• Minimally diploma in any discipline 
• At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in healthcare industry
• Experience in clinic management is preferred
