Key Responsibilities

Frontline Customer Service Duties:

• Welcoming patients to the practice, and handling face-to-face and online interactions with patients in a professional and warm manner. 
• Educating patients on basic Chiropractic concepts and principles;responding to inquiries, and providing information about Chiropractic care.
• Executing day-to-day customer service tasks and administrative functions; scheduling and rescheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling administrative tasks efficiently.
• Managing financial transactions, including collecting payments and issuing receipts.
• Daily settlement and reporting responsibilities
• Able to commit to retail hours (which may include Saturdays / Sundays / some Public Holidays)
