Job Description

• To be actively involved in the care of residents on a daily basis.
• To be responsible for promoting best practice evidence based standards of nursing care.
• To be responsible for promoting the independence of residents by communicating with them and encouraging their active participation in care decisions. 
• Admission, transfer and discharge of patients
• Patient care activities, e.g. observing, monitoring and reporting of patients’ conditions and progress. Escalate and notify RN of all unusual and / or untoward observations or happenings.
• Preparation of trolleys and equipment.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Nitec/Diploma in Nursing
• Vacancies for both Enrolled Nurses and Staff Nurses
• Comfortable working in Nursing Home
• Flexi hours (Morning Shift/Afternoon Shift)
