Responsibilities: 

• Registering patients, ensuring accuracy of data
• Scheduling of appointments
• Attend to patients' enquiries and needs
• Handling of phone calls and emails
• Other ad-hoc admin duties

Job Requirements:

• Min N / O / A Lvl / Nitec / Diploma 
• Experience in customer service will be preferred
