Responsible for providing frontline services and general administrative duties of the clinic or centre.

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for registration of patients
  • Responsible for booking of appointments
  • Perform billing and charging duties, collect cash payments and ensure that it is securely kept
  • Provide financial counselling
  • Ensure that all patients’ enquiries are attended to
  • Ensure that all case notes and X-rays are available for the patients
  • Prepare daily statistics and daily cash collection summary
  • Responsible for the general tidiness of the reception area
  • Responsible for ordering non-medical consumables
  • Assist in monthly statistical compilation

 

Job Description

  • Min N/O/A levels/ Diploma
  • No Experience needed/ Full training and guidance will be provided during work
  • Must be able to commit to a minimum of 3 months
  • Able to start work immediately as positions are urgent
