Location: Queenstown
Duration: 1 year contract
Working hours: Mon - Fri 8am - 5.15pm/8.30am - 5.45pm + 1 half Sat 8.30am - 12.30pm (Once every 4 weeks)
Salary: $2000 - $2500 

Job Scope 

• To assist therapists in clinical, administrative, and technical duties and to help supervise healthcare attendants.
• Assist therapists with therapeutic activities and exercises.
• Prepare treatment areas, gyms, and clinics for patient use.
• Set up therapeutic equipment and supervise patients.
• Conduct group therapy exercises under therapist supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness of therapy areas.
• Coordinate and manage the portering of patients; porter patients if necessary.
• Oversee Healthcare Attendant duties and portering assignments.
• Perform inventory checks and manage inventory lists.
• Handle photocopying, binding, filing, and distribution of documents.
• Perform basic data entry and retrieval using relevant computer programs.
• Maintain therapeutic equipment and devices.
• Assist in the orientation and induction of new therapy assistants.
• Handle enquiries, answer phone calls, and record and convey messages.

Requirement

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ level.
• Service-oriented and patient-focused.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
