Duties

• Engaging and ensuring the safety of the community forum as an administrator and moderator.
• Organising various community building initiatives to cultivate and grow participation in the community forum
• e.g. organising community conversations, sharing content on the platform, addressing user questions etc.
• Supporting mindline.sg product development work including developing user journeys and creating evidence-backed content for the platform.
• Building up and documenting a network of volunteer peer supporters and professional therapists.
• Supporting project management duties and any other tasks assigned.

Job Requirements

Education Requirements:

• Degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling (SAC accredited) or related healthcare fields.

Other requirements/qualities skills required for the job:

• Good understanding of mental health and wellness domain is preferred.
• Keen interest in technology to explore the benefits it brings and adept at managing social media.
• A people person and able to empathise and build rapport with others easily.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Good event management skills and able to handle several multiplies responsibilities in a dynamic, evolving environment.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills, including generating impactful content.
• Organised, meticulous and able to juggle multiple priorities and deliverables.

Experience:

• Prior experience with creating communities and community management will be an advantage.
