• Oversee patient registration, appointment scheduling, and front desk tasks, including billing and payments.
• Aid patients with inquiries, guide them through the healthcare process, and maintain compliant medical records.
• Collaborate with medical staff to enhance patient care and provide top-notch customer service, ensuring positive patient experiences.

Requirements:

• Minimum ‘N’ / ‘O’ Levels / Nitec / Diploma
• Minimum customer service experience required.
• Candidates without healthcare experiences are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
