Bukit Batok (Healthcare setting)

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday : 8:30am to 5:45pm
Friday : 8:30am to 5:30pm
One Saturday per 4 weeks: 8.30am to 12.30pm
Total: 42 hours per week

Job scope:

• Renders professional social work services and advice 
• Perform all administrative duties pertaining to work such as report writing, minutes and correspondence
• Work closely with other professionals to achieve and maintain a high standard of social work services 
• Serving clients with appropriate professional skill
• Maintaining integrity and professionalism by upholding valves and ethics like client’s confidentiality
• Maintaining accurate data and sharing information to ensure accountability to clients; and
• Identifies, plans, initiates and monitors existing and new programmes and activities so as to enhance the standard of social work services
• Keeps updated records of case files and participates in case consultation
