Customer Support Associate (Healthcare)

Location: Novena / Bugis (can choose!)
Salary: 2200-2300
office hr mon-fri (No saturday/ weekends)

Min GCE N/O Level, IT savvy

• Handling of incoming and outgoing calls
• Attend to patients' enquiries and provide any clarifications
• Provide relevant service information to callers
• Assist with appointment booking 
• Ensure general maintenance of work station.
• Assists in clinic surveys
• Ensures general housekeeping and cleanliness is maintained
• Be involved in quality improvement efforts, eg 6S
• Assists in mentoring & guiding new staff
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Asst / Clinic Operations Executive
