Location: one North

This person will be part of the Clinician Scientist Development Office in the organisation. He/She will be expected to work on a diverse array of projects, support various initiatives related to research and other offices in Research.
1. Lead the pre- and post-award management of intramural Clinician Scientist (CS) Development Programme awards such as CSF and CSCS.
2. Function as the account manager for NMRC TA/CSA/HCSA awardees to provide support and traction in meeting various milestones for their awards and career development, and partake in annual outcomes reporting to NMRC
3. Manage the Internal Grant Review Platform (IGRP) to facilitate subject matter experts’ review of prospective applications by clinicians
4. Facilitate research publicity through:
-Managing the Research Website contents and Researcher Directory;
-Supporting outreach efforts by the Academy of Clinician Scientists & Innovators (ACSI)
-Supporting a cross-institutional Editorial Workgroup to conceptualise and produce bi-annual issues of Research Newsletter (e-Catalyst).
5. Function as secretariat for joint strategic committees such as the Clinician Scientist Development Committee (CSDC)
6. Lead/partake in intra- and inter-departmental projects as and when required

JOB REQUIREMENTS
(a) Education/Training/Experience
• At least a good bachelor’s degree in Life sciences/Health Sciences with at least 2 years of experience in administrative support in biomedical/clinical research
• Experience in talent development / project management / research grant management is an added advantage.
(b) Personal Attributes
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects with tight timelines.
• Ability to build rapport and understand the needs of various stakeholders.
• Strong team player who is proactive, results-oriented, meticulous but also able to work independently.
