Working hours: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday
Contract period: 3 months  
Salary: $9.50 per hour (Got CPF)

Job Description  
• Assist and guide patients on how to use the self-service kiosk
• Counter duties – Patient registration / Schedule appointment
• HealthierSG duties o Promote HealthierSG (HSG) enrolment o Attend to HSG queries, including use of relevant apps, e.g. SingPass, Health Hub, Healthy 365, Health Buddy
• Provide Assisted Enrolment service to eligible patients
• Keep track of enrolment numbers
• Maintain booth / counter and logistics, e.g. promotional materials
• Assist with crowd control
• Any other ad-hoc admin or customer service duties as assigned

Requirements  
• Min. A level/ NITEC/ Diploma in any field
• No experience required as training is provided
