Salary: $10/hr + $10 dollar incentive per sign up
Location: Woodleigh  
Working hours:
• Mon-Fri, 8:30am-3pm
• Sat, 8:30am-12:30pm

Job Description
• Actively promoting and guide patients on the HSG enrolment process via the health hub app, and concurrently promoting MH360
• Answering patients’ queries with regards to HealthierSG programme and educate them on the features of the MH360 app
• Collating HSG enrolment data, and provide timely update to the Centre Manager or supervisor on daily HSG sign ups
• Monitoring the stock level and topping up HSG and MH360 related materials etc.: collaterals, goody bags and brochures
• Any adhoc duties assigned by supervisor or centre manager

Job Requirements 
• Minimum N/O/A/diploma
• Able to commit 3 months
• Other adhoc duties
