Clinic Assistant for O&G Clinic 

Contract: 3 months Contract 
Location: Novena
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9-5, Sat 9-1
Pay: $12/hr

Job description
• Provide frontline customer service
• Scheduling of appointment and patient registration
• Booking of referral appointments
• Handling phone calls and inquiries
• Process medical insurances, tax invoices and payment collection
• Maintaining inventory levels
• Handle administrative and ad-hoc duties

Job requirements
• Min N/O/A level/ Diploma
• Passion in healthcare or have some job shadowing/experience
• training will be provided
