Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8am-5pm

Pay: 9.5/hr

Job scope

• You will represent SingHealth Polyclinics as a front-line support staff
• Assist and guide patients on how to use the self-service kiosk
• Counter duties – Patient registration / Schedule appointment
• HealthierSG duties
• Promote HealthierSG (HSG) enrolment with SHP
• Attend to HSG queries, including use of relevant apps, e.g. SingPass, Health Hub, Healthy 365, Health Buddy
• Provide Assisted Enrolment service to eligible patients
• Keep track of enrolment numbers
• Maintain booth / counter and logistics, e.g. promotional materials
• Assist with crowd control
• Any other ad-hoc admin or customer service duties as assigned

Job requirements

• Min N/O/A level
• Passion in healthcare industry
• Must be able to start work immediately
