Pharmacy PSA

Location: Novena
Duration: 6 Month Contract – Perm / Perm 
Salary range: $1500 - $3000 
Working hours: 
Mon - Fri 9.30am - 7pm 
One Sunday (4h) every month

Job scope:
•    Perform registration, billing and payment collection, and assist in prescription processing to ensure seamless operation of Pharmacy and ensure wait time targets are met 
•    Perform a variety of patient service activities and services to ensure that the patients and members of public are attended to promptly and courteously 
•    Assist in training of staff on registration, payment collection and billing procedures 
•    Maintain timely and accurate records of patients’ information 
•    To assist Pharmacist in the maintenance of pharmacy work area and patient records
•    Support medication delivery operations by sorting and accounting for delivery parcels
•    Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor / Head of department

Job requirement:
-  Min GCE N/O/ A Level/ Nitec/ Diploma
-  No experience needed as training is provided
