Job Scope

• Outpatient Management Unit
• Participates in quality improvement projects at Hospital/Department level.
• Demonstrates good interpersonal skills with the public and staff.
• Supports clinic corporate events and compile name list for training purposes.
• Highlights issues related to outpatient processes to the Clinic Managers.
• Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor.

Job requirement

• Need to have PSA experience
