Working Hours: Monday + any 2 weekdays 8.30am-4.30pm

Pay: 13/hr

Job Scope

• Provide frontline customer service
• Scheduling of appointment and patient registration
• Booking of referral appointments
• Handling phone calls and inquiries
• Process medical insurances, tax invoices and payment collection
• Maintaining inventory levels
• Handle administrative and ad-hoc duties

Job requirement

• Must have clinic experience
