Contract: Immediate to 31 Mar 2024

Location: AMK/Geylang/TPY/Sembawang

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-6pm, Sat 8.30am-1pm

Pay: 10/hr

• Ensure the HSG booth is manned at all times
• Providing assisted enrolment to patients:
  • Guiding patients to enrol through HealthHub app for patients with Singpass
  • Assisting patients to enrol through National CRM for patients without Singpass
• On-boarding patients to HealthierSG, including booking of Health Plan related appointments (doctor consultation and care coordinator appointments).
• Tagging patients on Queue Management System (QMS) for HealthierSG related visits
• Answering patients’ queries with regards to HealthierSG
• Collecting of HSG Enrolment data
• Monitoring the stock level and topping up HSG related collaterals
• Any other matters assigned by the operations manager/operations executive at the clinic, or head office operations team.
