We are looking/hiring for Call Centre Officers to be outsourced to our client’s place.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with scheduling of appointments
• Attend to incoming calls in good manner
• Transfering of calls to the respective departments
• Attend to general enquries
• Other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels, Diploma
• No working experience is required as on-the-job training is provided
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
