Key Responsibilities:

 

To respond to customer inquiries and provide information

products, services, and addressing general medical inquiries in a clear and professional

manner.

 

To assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing

returns or exchanges.

 

To  develop a deep understanding of  product offerings to

effectively address customer questions and concerns.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Min N/O Level /Diploma
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call centre, or a related field is a plus.
