Duration: 2 year contract/ Perm
Working Hours: 5.5 day work week or shift (Exact timing dependent on department)
Location: Queenstown
Salary: $2500 - $2600

Job Scope:

• Ensure clinic's operational and procedural area readiness based on desired service standards.
• Assist with smooth patient journey including accurate and timely registration, discharge, appointment bookings, cashiering and any other enquiries such as insurance provider's information for billing.
• Provide chaperone assistance to doctors/nurses and prepare consultation documents.
• Attend to any requests, emails and phone enquiries.
• Assist clinic manager in administrative duties.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time (Dependent on department)

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in any field
• No experience as training is provided
• Keen in healthcare industry
