• Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri: 7:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. (incl. 30 min lunch)
• Thu (extended): 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (incl. 30 min lunch)

• Not required on Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays

School Operating Context

• Single-session school operating 7:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. daily
• During term breaks (Mar/Jun/Sep/Dec), personnel may undertake administrative support duties

Key Responsibilities

Science Laboratory Support & Preparation

• Prepare science resources, apparatus, and materials for lessons/experiments
• Assist teachers during laboratory lessons according to timetable
• Clean, tidy and organise laboratory after lessons
• Store, clean and maintain science resources after use

Eco-Garden, Farmbot & Learning Trails Support

• Assist teachers in eco-trails, hydroponics, Farmbot (robotic farming) and related activities
• Support preparation of teaching aids and learning materials for eco-garden
• Facilitate experiential learning for students in environmental/science domains

Administrative, Resource & IT Support

• Track and manage loan records for science items (sign-out/sign-in system)
• Print, collate and laminate worksheets, teaching aids and posters
• Receive deliveries from MOE HQ/vendors (e.g., NParks) and deliver items to labs
• Support simple IT set-up for lessons (projectors, iPad carts, etc.)
• Conduct stocktake twice annually
• Assist with issuance/collection of desk copies and resources
• Provide administrative support during school term breaks (phone/walk-in enquiries)
• Perform other duties assigned by HOD/Level Head/teachers

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• Secondary qualification; GCE 'N' Level preferred (not mandatory if relevant experience)
