• Industry/ Organization Type: Laboratory Equipment Distributor
• Position Title: Lab Technician
• Working Location: Marsiling
• Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday - Friday (8.30am - 6pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to laboratory and sales teams in daily operations.
• Compile and interpret analytical results into formal test documentation for clients.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to laboratory services and sales matters.
• Handle new lab functions based on clients' FA analysis requirements.
• Perform technical, engineering, and application-related support as needed.
• Understand and adhere to ISO standards, environmental protocols, and workplace safety and health regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the laboratory when required.
• Carry out additional duties as directed by management.

• Nitec or Higher Nitec in Biology, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge with metallurgy analysis and scanning electron microscopes is an added advantage.
• Capable of compiling and summarizing data into clear and accurate test reports.
