- At least 3 GCE 'O' level passes
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Good team player
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application
- At least 2 years of experience working in a school setting.
Key Roles
- Provide customer service at the reception counter to support staff, parents, students, and visitors, including answering phone calls and addressing inquiries.
- Maintaining and updating data records, filing documents, inventories etc.
- Preparation of resources for the teaching of Science and Math Department (where applicable) and General Office.
- Assist in any general and ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Admin Manager and School Leaders.
