🕒 Working Hours: Mon–Thu: 8.30am–6.00pm
Fri: 8.30am–5.30pm (1hr lunch break)

Key Duties:
• Maintain and update training records 📋
• Coordinate & register external training programs 🎓
• Communicate training schedules to stakeholders 🗓
• Process & track training invoices 💼
• Support HR projects & initiatives as assigned

Requirements:
✅ Min. A’ Level / Diploma
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office
✅ Organized with admin experience
✅ Good communication & teamwork skills
