Oversee day-to-day nursing operations 🏥

Maintain high standards of resident care 💗

Supervise & guide nursing staff 👥

Develop & implement nursing policies 📋

Coordinate with doctors & healthcare teams 🤝

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations ✅

🎓 Requirements:
✔️ Min 1 year managerial experience in Nursing Home or Public Hospital wards
✔️ Able to start immediately
