📍 Location: Novena 
⏳ Duration: 3 Months (Renewable)
💰 Pay: $18/hr 
📅 Schedule: Min 3–4 days/week

🕒 Shift Pattern:
🌅 AM: 7:00–16:00 / 7:00–15:00
🌇 PM: 12:30–21:30 / 13:00–21:00

💊 What You’ll Do:
* Monitor and observe assigned patients closely 👀
* Identify and escalate any abnormal or risky behavior 🚨
* Support nursing team in maintaining a safe environment 🏥

👩‍⚕️ Who We’re Looking For:
✅ Candidates with nursing background preferred 
✅ Able to commit at least 3 days per week
✅ Calm, observant, and empathetic personality 🌼
