Responsibilities:

• \tHandle specimen reception, preparation, labeling, and packing to ensure accuracy and timely processing.

• \tPerform specimen analysis, operate laboratory analysers, and assist in routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to support smooth daily operations.

• \tProvide support in telephone reception duties, including responding to enquiries and assisting with patient-related matters.

• \tVerify and ensure accuracy of patients' billing details in accordance with established guidelines.

• \tComply with departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and safety requirements to maintain a safe and efficient laboratory environment.

Requirements:

• \tDiploma in Biomedical Sciences, Biotechnology, or related discipline.

• \tPrior relevant working experience in a clinical or laboratory setting will be an advantage.

• \tGood communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

• \tDetail-oriented with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
