📍 Location: Queenstown 
💰 Salary: Up to $2,580/month
🕒 Roster: 5 days/week (Mon–Sun) | 3 Rotating Shifts

🌅 AM: 7.30am – 3.30pm
🌇 PM: 1.30pm – 9.30pm
🌙 Night: 9.00pm – 8.00am

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
* Handle admission & discharge processes (including registration & payment)
* Conduct financial counselling for patients and next-of-kin 💬
* Manage appointment bookings (internal & external)
* Ensure UCC area readiness and uphold service standards 🩺
* Attend to patient enquiries with care and professionalism
* Provide chaperone assistance to doctors/nurses 👨‍⚕️👩‍⚕️
* Support ad hoc duties as assigned

🎓 Requirements:
* Min O-Level qualification
* Willing to work rotating shifts (including weekends/public holidays)
* Good communication skills & ability to stay calm under pressure
