🔧 Job Scope: 

• 🤝 Greet and guide patients at the counter

• 💬 Answer enquiries & assist with directions

• 💳 Help with patient check-ins & billing

• 💉 Assist with Medisave/Financial Aid matters

• 📅 Schedule follow-up appointments

• 📁 Scan and secure patient documents

• 🧑‍⚕️ Support doctors with patient-related tasks

• 🧹 Keep counter & consultation rooms clean and tidy

• 💬 Provide basic financial counselling

• 👀 Monitor clinic queue & help with load balancing

• 🧾 Assist in collecting clinic data/statistics

• 📊 Help with surveys & quality improvement projects

• 📦 Restock counter supplies & stationeries

• 🙋 Serve in assigned committees
