Job Responsibilities:

• \tPerform lab operations following standard procedures (SOPs).

• \tConduct phlebotomy, ECG, spirometry, and various clinical lab tests (e.g., blood, urine, glucose tests).

• \tEnsure proper handling, identification, and storage of test specimens.

• \tOperate and maintain lab equipment; report malfunctions or arrange servicing.

• \tUse the Laboratory Information System (LIS) for data entry and tracking results.

• \tPerform quality control, calibrations, and troubleshooting for equipment and test results.

• \tReport critical values promptly and maintain accurate records.

• \tFollow safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards (e.g., IPSG, ISO).

• \tProvide excellent customer service to patients, doctors, and colleagues.

• \tAssist with other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirement:

• \tDiploma in Biomedical Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.

• \t1-2 years of lab experience will be ad added advantage.

• \tAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• \tTeam player
