Science Laboratory Duties

• Monitor and manage stock-taking of equipment and science resource materials.
• Purchase and prepare lab materials/resources to ensure experiments are carried out effectively.
• Maintain a catalogue of lab resources to assist teachers in planning activities.
• Purchase posters and furniture to enhance lab appearance and functionality.
• Assist teachers during experiments and lessons.
• Keep a log of loaning and returning apparatus.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of apparatus and equipment.
• Maintain general cleanliness and functionality of lab equipment.
• Support science enrichment programmes and competitions, if needed.

Special Rooms Duties

• Check special rooms to ensure they are in order.
• Ensure special rooms are safe for students.

Administrative Duties

• Photocopy and collate worksheets for classes (Primary 1-6).
• Collate and prepare materials for learning activities and examinations.
• Assist teachers with ad hoc duties.
• Accompany teachers on learning journeys (if required).
• Provide administrative support to the General Office when needed.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the school.
