💼 Salary: $2,580 – $3,000/month
📝 Key Responsibilities:

Support the Manager and Team Lead in developing and implementing HR policies, processes, and programmes.

Collaborate with Institution HR Business Partners to deliver value-adding HR services.

Administer and execute HR functions related to onboarding and offboarding.

Enhance the on-site experience for new hires and leavers.

Ensure HR services align with company policies and comply with legal requirements.

Deliver HR activities in accordance with SLA and KPI benchmarks.

Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy based on agreed procedures and standards.

✅ Job Requirements:

Min Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related discipline.

Min 1-2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.

Able to manage high-volume activities while ensuring data confidentiality.

Comfortable working under tight timelines and adapting to shifting priorities.

Meticulous, well-organised, and proactive.
