Salary: $12 /hr

Working Hours: Mon to Fri office hours

Job Scope:

• Usher & Patient Journey Facilitator (Cocoon)
  • Guide and assist Urology patients,
  • Usher patients to the correct service points.
  • Operate stair climber (as backup support).
• Ensure only ENT and Urology patients
  • Direct AOCC patients to Ortho Clinic
  • Coordinate arrangements for wheelchair-bound patients not able to use stair climber to Surgery Centre (patients may be seen in Eye or Dental Clinic, depending on room availability).

Job Requirements:

• Min. O Level/ any relevant
• Friendly and comfortable interacting with patients
